Can't Ship to Home? Ship Via FedEx "Hold at Location" Service.

FedEx Hold At Location Service allows you to have your package shipped directly to a nearby FedEx Office Location where your package will be held for you to come and pick up.

How Does it Work?

During checkout, when you get to the Shipping Options page, simply select the Hold at FedEx Location shipping option.

Can I Choose Which FedEx Office Location to Ship To?

Yes. Launch the FedEx Office Location Finder, type in your address, and click the "Express Hold at Location" box. You can then choose which FedEx Office Location you'd like to ship to. Once you've decided which location to ship to, enter this location in the "SHIP TO" section during checkout on our site. Be sure to select "Hold at FedEx Location" as your shipping method when checking out, and to use your full name as it appears on your valid government-issued ID.

How Much Does it Cost?

All FedEx Hold at Location shipments cost a flat $24.50, regardless of order size, and this cost includes FedEx Express 2-Day Shipping Service.

How Soon Will My Shipment Arrive?

The FedEx Express 2-Day Shipping Service will get your packaged delivered within 2 business days. After your package has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment while it is in transit. On the day that your package is delivered to FedEx, it will be available at the FedEx Office location by 12PM.

What Do I Need to Pick Up My Package?

In order to pick up your package from the FedEx Office location, you'll need to present a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the shipment.

How Will I Know When My Package is Available for Pickup?

When your package is available to be picked up, you'll receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered during checkout. You can also check the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number into the FedEx Track a Shipment Page.
